Meet KYRA. Kyra is one of our fantastic Kennel Assistants. She loves caring for both cats and dogs and is passionate about making them feel safe, comfortable, and loved while they are away from home and with us.

Kyra is essential to the Holy Barks Team!
Introducing JULIA. Julia is our Office Coordinator and floater. As front desk coordinator Julia's goal is to ensure that all of our clients, new and returning, are given the best customer service and experience. Both human and fur babies alike.
As floater, helping out in the Kennel area or wherever she is needed, Julia makes sure that every dog and cat receives nothing but the best care and respect, is completely safe, comfy and loved while in our care.
A few fun facts about Julia: "I am absolutely grateful to have been a wildlife rescuer and rehabber for over 6 years. I was accepted into the Peace Corps in the early 90's. I was a paid extra for a made for tv movie that was filmed in my hometown, Mt. Carroll, IL in the 80's".
We are so lucky to have Julia on our team!
Meet HEATHER. Heather is out Trainer and Daycare Instructor. Day to day at Holy Barks includes enrichment, exercise, play and group time, various activities as well as plenty of love! Heather loves being able to help teach and train your pets in Obedience with positive reinforcement in a reward-based program.
A little about Heather: "I'm from New Orleans, LA *Laissez les bons temps rouler. My husband being in the Army led us to Ky. I have been married to my best friend for 15 years and we have three wonderful children! We run a little farm and have seven dogs. Back in my golden days, I played softball, earned a trip to the world series where I received the Golden Glove Award and MVP. I also competed in Agility at the age of 10 with poodles that I trained myself."

Meet KINSEY. Kinsey occupies the role of Kennel Manager. As manager, Kinsey oversees daily operations of the kennel which includes Pet Evaluations, cleaning standards, rotations of kennel assistants and floaters, feeding and medication schedules, pet activities and monitoring temperaments to ensure a safe, structured and loving environment for every pet. Kinsey ensures that the entire team is trained to understand pet body language, and personality, as well as signs to watch for to ensure each pet stays healthy while in our care.
Kinsey plays a huge role as a part of our Team!
Meet HENICEY. Henicey is one of our Kennel Assistants. Henicey aids in all aspects of care for pets while staying with us. She loves getting to spend time playing with and loving on all of our guests.
Fun Fact about Henicey: "I always love being around animals".

Meet RACHEL. Rachel is one of our Grooming Assistants. Day to day includes bathing, drying, nail trims, and basic prep work to ensure your fur babies are ready to start the grooming process.
A little about Rachel: "I have been in the grooming industry for almost 2 years and love it. I am currently in college, set to graduate in May 2026. Animals are a huge part of my life and have been as long as I can remember, small and large, I love them all. When I am not at work or at home with my fur babies, you can find me at the barn with my girl Maggie. Maggie is my horse I have had for almost 5 years and we rodeo together. I have loved horses since and been riding since I was a child."
Rachel is an asset to our Team!
