Drop-in home visits
Although it may be a little while before our doors open for daycare and boarding, we want to start providing one of our services to the community now. We are offering drop-in home visits to anyone who has to leave there pet for several hours and would like someone to stop in to take their pet out to potty, walk and play. We will also give medication, replenish water/food or just give them some TLC and snuggles while you are away from home. Typically these visits will be 30 minutes unless specified for a longer time. You can customize your pet visit to fit your needs. We will provide a report card at the end of each visit to let you know how everything went. We are only going to be available weekends to start with, but will soon be available to schedule during the week. Contact us via email or phone to schedule appointments.

Pet Taxi
We are providing a Pet Taxi service to our local community. This will alleviate the worry of missing work or other events to get your pets to and from daycare, boarding or even grooming appointments. We will be available now for this service by appointment only. Please contact us with any questions or to schedule.

Grooming
"THE COMFORT TRIM"
Our Comfort Trim is a basic trim that can be performed on any breed of dog and any coat length. This trim will guarantee an aesthetically pleasing, tidy and comfortable trim for your dog.

OUR GROOMING
Our grooming services will not only keep your pet clean and happy, but healthy as well. Falling behind on grooming can result in matted fur, skin irritation, bugs and can lead to your pet becoming stressed and possibly ill. Our groomers not only ensure that your pet is clean, but they are trained to notice skin lesions, growths or sores that may not be noticeable under the coat. Our services will provide warm and cool massaging bath and fluff drying, coat brushing and hair cutting, nail trimming, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and pet safe spray cologne choices available as an added finishing touch.

THINGS YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT GROOMING

Gooming is not only about aesthetics, it is fundamental to a pet's wellbeing. Unlike other pet care services, regular grooming impacts multiple aspects of a pet's health.

1. Skin and Coat health: Regular grooming helps prevent matting; which can be PAINFUL and lead to skin infections if left untreated.
2. Ear and Dental health: Many groomers provide ear cleaning and gentle dental maintenance reducing risks of infections and complications.
3. Nail and Paw care: Overgrown nails can lead to joint pain and mobility issues, especially in older pets.
4. Early Detection: Groomers often notice lumps, bumps or changes in pet's skin, allerting pet parents to potential health issues early.

Consequences of skipping grooming

When pet parents deprioritize grooming, the impact on pet health can be significant. Matted fur, neglected nails, and poor skin hygiene can lead to:

1. Increased vet costs- that can be more expensive than grooming.
2. Decreased quality of life - pets feel more comfortable when they are clean, mat-free, and their nails are appropriately trimmed.
3. Behavioral and Mental health - regular grooming not only keeps pets healthy, but also plays a significant role in their emotional and mental well-being, by encouraging a positive relationship with YOU and other people in general.

How to make grooming affordable and sustainable

1. Planning for regular grooming rather than waiting until issues arise can keep costs lower in the long term.
2. Invest in at-home maintenance: simple grooming tasks like brushing and cleaning can extend the time between professional grooms and keep your pet comfortable.
3. Work with your groomer on frequency and maintenance: many groomers offer packages or maintenance programs that help stretch the time between full-service grooms.
